Fast and easy, tacos make an ideal meal any night of the week – especially when you have leftovers of Pulled Pork!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Slow Cooker Pulled Pork (prepared and heated)
8 taco shells
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lime
⅓ cup prepared Guacamole (optional)

Preparation

  1. Divide pulled pork between taco shells.
  2. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and prepared Guacamole (optional!)
  3. Serve each with a lime wedge— everything is better with a fresh squeeze of lime!
