This classic, all-purpose lemon-dill dressing is not only great on salads, but also on potatoes or as a marinade for fish or grilled chicken.

Ingredients

1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
Finely grated zest of one lemon (optional)
Sea salt and black pepper (to taste)

Preparation
