Looking for a way to use fresh summer tomatoes and fruit? Make fruit salsa from scratch using fresh or canned fruit and tomatoes. If you have the time, grill fresh fruit to take it over the top. It’s the perfect summer salsa for tortilla chips or to top grilled fish, fish tacos and burgers.

Ingredients

2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix or Guacamole Dip Mix
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained or finely diced peaches or mangoes)
Splash of Lime (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add Poco Picante Dip Mix or Guacamole Dip Mix to diced tomatoes.
  2. Stir in fruit. Add splash of lime (optional) Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
