Use left-over Marinara Sauce and Chicken to make this protein-packed pizza. Delicious, cheesy and loaded with veggies.
Ingredients
1 lb cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 pizza shell (12”)
1 tbsp oil
1 cup baby spinach
1 bell pepper
¼ red onion
½ cup prepared Marinara Sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425F
Place pizza shell on lined sheet pan. Brush with oil and bake until crisp (about 5 minutes)
Meanwhile coarsely chop spinach. Cut pepper into rings. Thinly slice onion.
Remove pizza shell from oven. Spread with sauce; top with chicken, veggies and cheese.
Bake until cheese melts and edges are crispy (5 minutes)
Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
